Dear Clients and Friends:
On Monday, the City of Philadelphia announced new restrictions on commercial
activity within the city in an attempt to reduce the spread of the COVID-19
novel coronavirus. The City has asked that only essential commercial
establishments remain open and that all other businesses close through at least
Friday, March 27.
The safety of our clients, friends, attorneys, and staff, and their families,
are a top priority for our firm. We also believe that during these difficult
times, we all must do our part to end the spread of COVID-19.
For that reason, we have closed our offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. However, though our physical locations are closed, please note that our entire staff is working remotely. Should you have any questions, we are here to help during this challenging time. If you call the office, contact information will be provided.
If you are under active treatment, please coordinate with your doctor as it relates to relevant office policies.
Pennsylvania state and federal courts have for the most part shut down. Related proceedings such as depositions have been postponed. We are in the process of rescheduling all court appearances and will contact clients individually on a case by case basis.
We ask that during this challenging time, all of our clients remain safe and diligent.
Regards,
Rodden Rodden & Breslin
