Matthew S. Breslin, Esquire

Matt Breslin, a partner with the firm of Rodden, Rodden & Breslin, is a seasoned trial lawyer who focuses his practice solely on representing victims who have been injured through no fault of their own. He handles a wide variety of cases ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, to premises liability, negligent security and construction accidents.  He has represented individuals who have sustained both catastrophic and soft tissue injuries and treats each case with the same level of care and attention to detail. During his time as a trial attorney, he has secured multiple six and seven figure verdicts and settlements in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

Matt has been selected a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” an award bestowed on the top 2.5% of all lawyers in Pennsylvania under the age of 40. Additionally, he has recently become a member of The Dean’s Cabinet at Suffolk University Law School.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. Originally hailing from Boston, he is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys golfing and spending time down the shore with his family.  As the son of an immigrant police officer and a postal worker, Matt understands the importance of protecting the rights of hard working people. His fight for justice in behalf of his clients is unmatched.
